These two (left and right) seem happy enough with their Gender-Affirming Care and I wish them well, but I wonder what those smiles will look like when they turn 25 or 30.

Already, we are seeing a darker side. Chloe Cole, who declared herself "trans" and presented as male (Leo), had the double mastecomy she thought she wanted at 15-years-old. Reality set in shortly thereafter.
