No Lives Matter

I can't tell you how fed up I am with Black Lives Matter. If BLM so much, why are 89.3% of blacks that are killed in the U.S. killed by other blacks? So says the FBI Universal Crime Report from 2015. I point out that Obama was still president.
To help put my frustration in perspective, it is widely reported that the KKK* lynched 3,446 blacks (along with 1,297 whites) in the 86 years they were actively oppressing and terrorizing anyone who opposed them, black or white. On average, that's about 40 blacks (and 22 whites) per year. At least they were somewhat equal opportunity terrorists.

The UCR report referenced above states that 2,380 blacks are killed by other blacks annually. This means:
- on an annual basis, black terrorism against the black community is almost 60 times worse than the Klan ever was.
- in less than two years, blacks kill more blacks than the Klan ever did. Let that sink in.
Black Lives Matter you say? Really? Prove it. Stop killing each other. I can just see Adolf Hitler and founders of the KKK grinning ear to ear.
White supremacy / systemic racsim was beaten back decades ago. When will the black community take seriously the terrorism / systemic violence occurring in their own neighborhoods? Whitey and cops are the least of their worries when it comes to getting killed. By far, blacks are their own worst enemies.

Kingface got it right when comparing police shootings of blacks and blacks shooting blacks. "Are we gonna focus more on the leaky faucet or the fire in our kitchen?"
I refuse to be lectured by blacks or more likely white liberals about all my "white privilege." The privilege I had growing up is not that I'm white, it's that my parents
- married before they had their six children and they raised us
- saw to it that we got an education
- did their best to keep us away from the wrong crowd
- encouraged and supported activities like sports and music to keep us busy and out of trouble
- had a time for us to be home at night
70+% of black children are raised in single-parent homes with the vast majority of those households having absent fathers. Teenaged boys look to gangs, drug dealing, etc., to fill the void. The fallout has been devestating.
Speaking of fathers
- Mine worked two and three jobs to put food on the table and shoes on our feet.
- He paid his bills and taxes.
- I never saw him drunk.
- I could mess with him a little, but I dared not disrespect mom.
- He took my brother and me weekly to visit my grandparents after church.
- He drove me to music classes and basketball practices.
- After my knee surgery, he faithfully helped with my rehab.
- He would take me fishing during the summer, ice skating in the winter and we played tennis together long into my adult years.
- and the list goes on.
- I can't tell you how grateful I am to him.
- If I could carve one thing on his tombstone, it would be:
  "Here lies my father who spent time with me."
- If you don't take anything else away with you from this web page, take this: If the black community wants my white privilege, they can have it -- by living the way my parents did.
Forgive me if my tone seems too harsh or judgemental -- BUT -- my observations are:
- Black Lives Don't Matter -- to other blacks
- In fact, for too many in the black community, No Lives Matter!
I present my case below of just a very few lives that apparently did not matter -- to blacks.
- Where are the protests?
- Where are the national demands for justice?
- Where are the demands for social change and constant discussions about "systemic violence" in black communities?
- Clean up your house first. Then, come talk to me about how Black Lives Matter.

* The KKK was the militant arm of the democrat party. Today's version of militant democrats is Antifa. Democrats simply traded in their white hoods for face masks.

Here are some in the black community that somehow figured out how to have my white privilege. How did they do it? It's called family.

On June 20, 2020, Amaria Jones was killed by a stray bullet in front of her mother while dancing in her home in the South Austin Community in Chicago. Warning: it's difficult to read this story without crying. As of this writing, Amaria's killer has not been found. Somebody knows something -- but they ain't talkin'.

On Friday, July 3, 2020, an unidentified 15-year-old-girl was shot by a stray bullet while in South Shore Plaza, a shopping mall in Braintree, Massachusetts. Police reported "an altercation amongst two groups," and that the girl "was not even near the group when she was struct." The only good news, if you can call it that, is that the girl is expected to make a full recovery.

Curious, I checked wikipedia regarding the Demographics of Braintree. "As of the census of 2000 ... the racial makeup of the town was 93.96% White, 1.18% Black or African American". Even at 80 to 1, you just can't get far enough away from them to be safe. Call that comment racism, bigotry, whatever you like. I call it self-preservation and just wanting to live in peace.

On the flip side, yes, I live in a multi-cultural neighborhood, have black and hispanic neighbors -- and we all get along.

These two were arrested as suspects in the shooting of a 15-year-old girl.

For the BLM crowd, notice the two men apparently did not resist arrest and did not attack police. As a result, everyone walked away unscathed. These two men will now have their day in court rather than their day at the morgue. See how that works?

On July 3, 2020, in Hoover, Alabama, Royta Giles, Jr. was killed while with his mother and siblings waiting to go inside a child’s clothing store at Riverchase Galleria, Alabama's largest shopping mall.

Ironically, to keep customers safe from the Corona virus, only a certain number of people were being let in the store at a time. Had they not had to wait, you would not be reading this story.

When the shooting started, Royta's mother did her best to save her childrens' lives. “We heard the gunshots and I grabbed them and we hit the ground. When we all got up, [Royta] was the only one who didn’t get up.”

I can't imagine living the rest of my life with that big a hole in my heart, knowing that despite my best effort I was unable to save the life of one of my children. Royta would have been a third grader this fall at Jonesboro Elementary School -- but no.

Montez Coleman has been arrested for Royta's murder.

In June 2020, Ocean City, MD, considered a family resort, was besieged with a series of brawls. You wonder why

people cross the street when they see a group of black males approaching?
there has been "white flight" from areas after blacks move in?
black males get "profiled" while in public?

I'll give you a hint: it's not racism, bigotry, white supremacy nor white privilege. It's called fear.

Pic 1, A white male, who appears to be a teen, was knocked unconscious by the black male to the left. The boy, who was was already hurt and dazed sitting on the bench, is now seen lying over.
Pic 2, A second black male, after seeing the boy knocked unconscious, appears to take his wallet. How thoughtful of him -- and I thought the seagulls acted like vultures.

Pics 3 and 4, In the process of having his wallet yanked, his pants are pulled down and he falls to the boardwalk. Several attempts to pull him up were unsuccessful. He was out cold. Was the boy targeted because he was white? If so, will their be hate crime charges? Fat chance.
