(the audio starts at 16 seconds) showing Joe Biden openly admitting to a Quid Pro Quo with Ukraine.
Joe Biden describes (brags) how he threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S.
loan guarantees to Ukraine if they didn’t fire a particular prosecutor.
- After watching the video, my first question was: why is the U.S. government
at the very top level concerned enough about a state prosector in Ukraine to threaten
to withhold $1 billion dollars in loan guarantees unless he was fired? So, I did some
research.
- It turns out, this particular prosecutor was looking into corruption
by the board of a Ukranian gas company named Burisma. Guess who was serving
on the board and included in the investigation -- Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden,
who was hired in 2014 while Joe Biden was V.P. There couldn't possibly be any
connection or conflict of interest there, right? Wrong!
- According to Joe Biden, "If the prosecutor is not fired, you're not getting the money. Well,
son of a bitch, he got fired* and they put in place someone who was solid." By "solid", he means the successor
closed the investigation into Burisma. "Nothing to see here, folks. Move along." Gee, I wonder why the new
prosecutor did that.
* That's the definition of Quid Pro Quo.
- After watching the video, my first question was: why is the U.S. government

research.
- According to Kenneth Vogel, a journalist with The New York Times, Hunter Biden was paid $708,302
over a 15 month period. That's around $44 thousand a month. However, H.B. served on the board
for much longer than 15 months. It was five years (2014-2019). Other reports indicate he earned millions,
which would be consistent with a $44K/month salary over five years.
- Apparently, it was
Hunter's role
to provide advice on legal issues and corporate finance and strategy during his
five-year term on the board. It seems odd to me that, according to the article,
Hunter never visited Ukraine for company business during that time.
It should also be pointed out that Hunter Biden- has no experience in Ukraine
- does not speak Ukraine's most popular languages, Ukrainian and Russian
- has no experience in the gas industry
- when hired, had recently been discharged from the Navy Reserve after he tested positive for cocaine. (H.B. has a long history of drug abuse which he has openly discussed.)
- is not the kind of person a major gas company would pay big bucks
to have on their board of directors. It certainly appears:
- Hunter Biden was hired because of his connections to the power structure in D.C.
- Joe Biden, with Obama's blessing, threatened to withhold aid thereby protecting his son's employer and cushy, high-paying job.
- Hunter Biden was hired because of his connections to the power structure in D.C.
- According to
an article in Politico, when the Trump administration starting taking a look under the covers in Ukraine,
Hunter Biden decided to resign from Burisma's board AND from the board of a Chinese company, BHR.
I point out that the Bidens had no problem with Hunter's positions while Joe was V.P.
Yet, Hunter abruptly resigns from both directorships during the Trump administration
when a spotlight was shined in his direction. The timing of his resignations was
just coincidence, I'm sure.
While we're on the subject of Hunter Biden,Kathleen, now Hunter's ex-wife, claims in divorce papers she filed in D.C. Superior Court he was blowing through the money (drugs, girlfriends, prostitutes, strip clubs, etc.), owed over $300 thousand in taxes, and in general, is a real piece of work. 
It has now come to light that a stripper in D.C. has sued Hunter Biden for paternity after a DNA test proves he's the father of her child. According to this news report, the woman's "child was born in August 2018, while Hunter was in a relationship with Hallie Biden, the widow of his late older brother, Beau, who died of brain cancer in 2015."
So, Hunter was simultaneously banging his late brother's widow, this stripper and God knows who else and in what order. (Can anyone say "scumbag?") Apparently, his two directorships didn't keep him busy enough, but not to worry. Joe Biden will continue saying that Hunter is the smartest guy he knows and that he's confident that Hunter's business dealings were all on the up and up.
- No wonder Democrats are screaming bloody murder because Trump asked Ukriane to look into possible corruption. From the Democrats, paraphrasing Shakespeare, it's a case of:
"Thou doth protest too much." -- and the best defense is a good offense.
- Apparently, it's perfectly fine for Biden to use Quid Pro Quo to cover corruption. Not okay
for Trump to suggest Ukrainian officials look into possible corruption. Got it.
- I don't know but I can just imagine what President Obama was thinking when he saw that video: You couldn't keep your mouth shut, could you Joe?
